Every Marine, Soldier, Airman, and Sailor have heard the words:

In formations, when their platoon or squad is called upon to report out on the stats of their charges. When we lose our brothers and sisters, the report sounds similar, but instead, they are reported as "NOT Present or Accounted For."

Such is the situation today regarding our fallen brethren from the 2021 Kabul Airport terror attack. They are not present or accounted for in daily formation, whether on base with their units or at home with their families. Nor has anyone been held accountable for them. But we will remember.

Never Forget the Kabul 13. On August 26, 2021. American lives were tragically lost during rescue evacuations of over 100,000 American citizens and Afghan allies. These 13 brave American men and women sacrificed their lives for the highest American ideals. Remember them. Remember their deeds. And never forget why they gave up everything.
