Do your shirts & hoodies run true to size?
Our apparel has a tailored fit, so if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up. If your order doesn't fit the way you'd like, just let us know and we'll take care of you with an exchange.

How do I keep take care of DIA gear so that it lasts longer?
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
• Do not dry clean.

What is your return policy?
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund 100% of your money, including shipping. We'll even cover the cost to send it back. Get in touch at support@diaapparel.com.
How do exchanges work?
We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is brand new, unused, and unworn. Email us at support@diaapparel.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, we'll get your exchange order placed. Please note that custom, special ordered, and discontinued items can't be exchanged.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
When your order arrives, take a moment to inspect it. If you find anything damaged, defective, or incorrect, just get in touch with us at support@diaapparel.com within 30 days and we'll send you a replacement at no charge.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship most orders within 3–5 business days. We deliver in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Currently we do not ship internationally.
