We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is brand new, unused, and unworn. Email us at support@diaapparel.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, we'll get your exchange order placed. Please note that custom, special ordered, and discontinued items can't be exchanged.

Second Survey, Same order

I bitched about the first survey for the other item on this same order. One order = 2 surveys? My products had not arrived yet for the first survey and that was 10/22. I received a response suggesting I'd have my order by 10/24. That response was literally signed, "Judge me and DIA"..... #LMFAO

It is now 10/27, you've sent a second survey for the same exact order that I still have not received. How about you STOP **** DOING SURVEYS and START fulfilling your **** orders???? I ordered my things on 10/15, perhaps I'll manage to entertain answering your survey questions in December when I actually have the **** I ordered. So once again..... PLEASE bother me more for worthless feedback, because apparently my money, my first complaint about your survey and you're lack of timeliness wasn't enough. We apologize for the delay in getting your order. As a small business we do not print and warehouse our products. They are made to order , which sometimes extends the order fulfillment period.

It looks like you received your order on October 27 at 11:48am. We did suggest it would be there by the 24th because at that time it was received in your city by the local carrier.

As for the second survey, we agree tht two surveys for one order is a bit excessive. We wilol revise that configuration to our review system going forward.

We understand you are frustrated and apologize for the delay. You mentioned we lost your business and while that is regrettable, we still value your feedback and your purchase.
