As the anniversaries of the avoidable Abbey Gate disaster approaches, let’s remember the 13 Brave Service members who lost their lives during the disorganized & chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Their courage and dedication remain engraved in our collective memory, a stark reminder of the high cost of freedom and the enduring spirit of those brave enough to serve in our Nation's Armed Services.

As the years pass, no one in the chain of command or government bureaucracy has been held accountable.

Not one single person.

And despite eyewitness testimony and conflicting reports, the government maintains that there was no firefight between our forces and terrorists during the immediate aftermath.

And that the tragedy was unavoidable.

These narratives only deepen the need for accountability and transparency.

We all continue to seek justice and answers. As the government continues to "govern" us, the question of accountability remains pressing:
Why hasn't anyone been held responsible for the events that led to such a devastating loss?

As citizens, it’s our duty to demand answers and ensure that the sacrifices of our service members are not in vain. It's past time we reflect not just on the past, but on our role in shaping the future.

Will our government ever be held accountable? We shall see.
